ASWCHA General Rules
- Be polite & respectful of all other members at all times
- The promotion of working western disciplines is our ultimate goal: reining and cutting and roping
- Entries for shows & events always follow the same format, see current shows for examples
- The health and fair treatment of all horses involved with this club is vital
ASWCHA Official Show Rules
- No more than 3 ridden classes per horse, per show.
- You may always enter "your entire barn" into the official shows, no limits.
- Always adhere to the age/gender restrictions for each class, as outlined in the shows.
ASWCHA Member-held Show Rules
- The ASWCHA's name will not be associated with any WCH events/activities that are not recognized, sanctioned, or sponsored by the ASWCHA in writing.
- All ASWCHA member-hosted shows will be posted on the ASWCHA Upcoming Events board.
- Any WWS member in good standing may host an ASWCHA member-held show; manager reserves the right to make changes.

ASWCHA Sanctioned & Combined Shows
- A sanctioned event is where the ASWCHA and an outside registry offer points for both clubs in one show.
- Sanctioned events may be hosted at the outside registry, or on the ASWCHA Upcoming Events board.
- The ASWCHA's name will not be associated with any WCH events/activities that are not APPROVED by the ASWCHA in writing.
- Any outside club may contact the manager to request a sanctioned event; our standards & rules MUST be followed.
ASWCHA Fees
- There are no fees to register a horse with the ASWCHA or to compete in official events.
ASWCHA Titles & Points
- Club points earned from ASWCHA shows MUST be clearly displayed on the horse's page to qualify for titles.
- Make an effort to note our proper name on horse pages: All-Sim Working Cow Horse Association.
ASWCHA Breed Stipulations
- eligible breeds include all stock horse/pony breeds and all gaited breeds, as well as Arabian, Morgan, Mustang, and other realistic entries
- All breed exceptions will be made at the discretion of the ASWCHA Manager.
