WHAT IS THE WWS?
This is all fake, nothing on this board is 'real'.
WWS stands for World.Wide.Sims. This is an all-sim board.
This forum is not actually a sim horse game, but it IS dedicated to the sim horse world in general. World Wide Sims was created to act as one several major central hubs for the sim horses & players of the world. If you love sim horses, this is the place for you.
We encourage a wider range of sim horse play. Instead of being trapped/lost when the sim game that you have played for years comes crashing down, and finding all your hard work/investments wasted, we have developed a home base to regroup and start over. Here at the WWS, we accept show records and pedigrees from ALL the sim horse games out there. If you are searching for a broader avenue of simulation, you have found it.
Our classifieds section may include horses from all over the world, from various sim horse games, and from an infinite number of different players. Breed your champion mare to a stud who has claimed fame and fortune in an entirely different sim game. Buy a colt that has a pedigree spanning one or more different 'Big Name' sim games. Find horses with sim pedigrees reaching back years and years, all pointing to one created horse that someone developed in the 1990's and has faithfully shown and bred.
It all comes down to making sim history, and keeping the sim horses alive.
HISTORY
WWS was originally established on an InvisionFree board that was created back in 2007 for a sim horse game called El Caballo. When the game shut down, we used our InvisionFree account for the all-sim board up until October 2010, when we moved everything over to ProBoards because of their Forum Search feature. Our current forum makes us seem like a new estabishment in the all-sim world, but in fact we are not very new to the sim horse community at all.
ABOUT THE CLUBS
WWS has been home to the All-Sim Appaloosa Horse Club (ASApHC) since February 2009. The WWS creator/administrator, Kalla Hawk, has always adored the Appaloosa breed. Her sim barns have ALWAYS contained at least a handful of Appies competing in various disciplines.
The All-Sim Working Cow Horse Association (ASWCHA) was established in January 2010, and has grown steadily more popular. It offers a variety of Reining, Cutting, and Roping classes for the working western horses of all-sim.
The All-Sim Quarter Horse Registry (ASQHR) and the All-Sim Paint Registry (ASPR) both came along in March 2010, and although they've both had slow starts as all-sim clubs, the love of these breeds is easy to see and we know they will only grow and become busier.
In May 2010, the All-Sim Straight Stock Halter Registry (ASSSHR) was born, and switched managers a couple times that same summer. Shutting it down or moving it out to another all-sim board was briefly discussed in the fall of that year, but it remained, and is growing more active with time.
WWS has had a couple short-lived clubs that didn't make the cut and were shut down due to lack of interest, such as the Versatile Ranch Horse Registry and the Canadian Reining Circuit. The results from these clubs have been archived on our forum.
We strive to keep interest in these fantastic breeds & disciplines alive, and promote them successfully. Our board is busy with shows & events each month, and we encourage everyone to join us. We are known as the active all-sim stock breeds central, and very proud to boast such a title. We hope to never let our members down.

THE FUTURE
WWS has several Mods to keep the forum running smoothly even in times of chaos and crisis. We don't believe the sim horse world is going anywhere, and our board will be here throughout the slow and the fast-paced times, serving as an escape from real life and an outlet for our imaginations. We strive to keep the forum a friendly and traditional place, and fun for everyone.
