ASWCHA Sanctioned / Member-hosted Shows[/color]
Any WWS member in good standing may host ASWCHA events.
ASWCHA Sanctioned Show: an approved event double-hosted by the ASWCHA and an outside registry, so that competitors will earn association points for both clubs at the same time, either on the ASWCHA Upcoming Events board or on the outside registry's events board. Ex. double-hosted by the ASWCHA and the ASQHR (the show would be open to QHs competing in WCH classes).
ASWCHA Member-hosted Show: an approved event held on the ASWCHA Upcoming Events board, hosted by a member of the ASWCHA.
You MUST use the complete classlist provided.
You may NOT make any changes to the classlist.
MEMBER-HELD SHOWS POINT SYSTEM:
Grand Champion of Show: [$45,000 + 45 pts]
Reserve Champion of Show: [$35,000 + 35 pts]
Honorable Mention of Show: [$25,000 + 25 pts]
CH & RCH of Division: $15,000 + 15 points
Top Tens: $500 + 5 pts
1st place ribbon - 10th place ribbon: [$500 + 5 pts]
... after 10th place, no points or money is awarded
HOW TO HOST A SHOW:
Post your show classlist and any stipulations (stallions only, open to all ages, specific breed only, etc) in the Upcoming Events board.
Make a post after (same thread) stating "Waiting for Moderator Approval".
Moderator will approve it and remove your last post. Your show is now open for entries!
The Club Moderator reserves the right to make any changes to the classlist or show details at any time.
