The Appaloosa Horse Club Hall of Fame chart is very handy for creating realistic pedigrees for your Appaloosas with champion bloodlines.
Also handy is the All Breed Pedigree Query, where you can type in a RL horse's name and have their full pedigree come up in the search.
This is an easy way to see which horses won honors & titles & RL points, and what they were known to compete in... also vital to creating realistic pedigrees (for any breed).
