[/li][li] Members may nominate ONE of their own horses and ONE horse owned by another member.
[/li][li] Horses MUST be actively competing on World.Wide.Sims to be eligible.
[/li][li] Horses MUST have a page URL to be eligible.[/li][/ul][/size]
